Leadership Development Process – WindowMaster

I would say that People & Performance have been a very professional partner in the leadership development process we put together with them. Their feedback was excellent, and they brought valuable input to the WindowMaster development process that, together, we tailored to our needs.

The leadership development process comprised four modules with the overall purpose of building a shared platform for leadership – a common set of values and a common language for what it means to be a leader with WindowMaster. We have offices in Germany, England, Switzerland and Denmark, and it is therefore vital to us that our leaders have a common platform so that together they can improve our business.

All our leaders have had a personal profile drawn up and have been trained in a number of management tools. It is our experience that they have benefited from the profiles and the tools, and that they are now better at understanding and communicating with each other and with the employees.

The process has had a professional, but also a social impact on our company. During the entire process we had a close dialogue with People & Performance, and the evaluations we made between modules made it possible to make valuable adjustments to the learning as we went forward. We therefore ensured that the next module also hit bull’s eye.
