Strategy Launch

Three statements about People & Performance: thorough planners, possessing a keen ability to acquaint themselves with the function and challenges of the company, having the relevant competencies with clear-cut messages.

We used People & Performance when we wanted to launch our new strategy. Acquaintances in my network of contacts had told me about People & Performance, and it was a natural choice to contact them.

We were about to launch a new strategy following on from a change of the executive team that took place six months before. It was our ambition to involve all employees, and it was crucial to us that the manoeuvre was successful. All 450 employees should board the ship, feel motivated and have the opportunity of entering into a dialogue with their directors.

People & Performance assisted us in planning the process and in completing workshops on the day of the launch where all employees were involved. People & Performance did a thorough examination of our materials to make it appear simpler, and they drew up a communications plan that ensured that communication was dosed and delivered at the exact right time.

On the launch day our gut feeling was fine – we knew we were in control due to our thorough planning. The day exceeded our wildest expectations, and the feedback from our employees was that it had been a very good process. They felt they were involved, that they got their questions answered, and that it was valuable for them to enter into a dialogue with managers and top executives.
