Three words about People & Performance’s training at Solar
Group Leadership Programme 2010-2011: Good, useful and tangible
People & Performance has as trainer at Group Leadership Programme provided me with many good and useful tools that I can use in practice. I have successfully implemented the tools, which were presented to us and that we practiced during the training, in my daily job as team leader.
Solar Group Leadership Programme has given me food for thought. Especially ”get connected – get real” from module 1 has influenced and affected my leadership style.
I have gained considerable outcome of the training. For example, I am much more conscious on how I chair meetings. The tool effective meetings has given me more self-respect and has resulted in good feedback from my staff.
