I speak highly of People & Performance to my network of contacts. Their consultants are dedicated to providing customised solutions and are among the best I have worked with in my long career.
The People & Performance consultants who have acted as teachers in our leadership programmes have all done a period of training in one of our restaurants. They have worked in the kitchen and served guests in the restaurant. They have themselves experienced the challenges that are part of our leaders’ everyday lives.
When planning the leadership training programme, People & Performance and our HR-department selected a number of case histories that are now part of the exercises used for training our leaders.
