Three phrases that sum up People & Performance are: highly-skilled, committed employees, and high spirits.
We used People & Performance to conduct a course on negotiation techniques, and a couple of our new product managers have participated in one of their semi-open courses. People & Performance have also taught courses at our sister company in Sweden.
The course on negotiation techniques has ensured that we have a common frame of reference when we talk about negotiation and reaching targets. This means that we can place items on the agenda without first having to discuss what they mean. This is of the utmost value as it means that we can quickly and easily help new and inexperienced employees to stand on their own two feet. And that shows on our bottom line.
People & Performance have also participated in our yearly kick-off meetings. After my presentation of the plans for the coming year, People & Performance have shared their insights into the most recent negotiation concepts and refreshed our techniques. The benefits are numerous.
We have a good working relationship with People & Performance, and they come to my mind when anyone asks me if I know of any company that does the stuff they do.
