A colleague recommended People & Performance. We wanted to develop our talents and establish a talent development programme. Since we had never tried anything like this before, we needed somebody to inspire and guide us.

People & Performance acted as the strategic partners who took us through a development process in which a number of questions were asked of us before we actually started working with our talented employees. Among other things, we had to define why we wanted a talent development programme. Was the purpose to keep skilled employees or was it that talents should be promoted to higher positions in the organisation?

People & Performance’s expert consultation helped us identify the criteria defining critical positions in our company, and we also developed a process for the mapping of our skills. Then People & Performance worked with us to draft a memo to our management team outlining the basic skills that an employee with Danske Spil should possess.

People & Performance have been equal partners throughout the process and their deep knowledge and experience have been very valuable to us. People & Performance are capable of falling in with us, and at no time have we had the feeling that they were only trying to sell us something.
