Training of Logistics and Purchasing Managers

Three descriptions that sum up People & Performance: professional, skilled, with a good understanding of our business and challenges

DSB needed to have a more strategic focus on purchasing and logistics and we needed to develop our employees to be able to handle our customers in a more professional way; to handle them as if they were, what we termed, ’change agents’. So we contacted People & Performance and it was very soon obvious to me that they were the right company for the job.

The training took place out of house in two sessions. Even after the first session we had a good feeling that our employees were in a positive process; and that was also what they were expressing themselves. Between the sessions homework had to be done, so that the learning process started in the first session was continued and used in our daily work. Having finished the second session, the employees reported that it had been a highly professional process, and that they were now better equipped with a set of tools that was really useful in their daily work.

You always run a risk when you let others have an impact on your business, but we have clearly profited by having People & Performance as our external partner, and we feel it with our customers and in the purchasing department.
