Three words that sum up People & Performance: business-minded, well-grounded and efficient.
We have used People & Performance for the recruitment of leaders and specialists and I would describe our cooperation as “positive and direct”. We typically start the recruitment process with a meeting between me and the People & Performance consultant to discuss the candidate profile. I then receive the job description and, when that is finalised, the process starts. People & Performance are in charge of advertising as well as phone calling and carrying out the first interview. Normally People & Performance select three candidates for tests.
The consultant sends the candidates to meet us so we can see how we get along together and then does another round of interviews. When we have the result of the tests we choose the best-qualified candidate and it is then our job to draft the contract and do the negotiations.
I speak highly of People & Performance to my network of contacts and I often recount a funny story from one recruitment. That came when I employed a former Personal Assistant. Before she was setting off for the first meeting with me, she called People & Performance to ask how tall I was. She didn’t want to wear high heels if I was only 1.5 metres tall!
