Playmakers is a game about project management in which you manage a fictional team undertaking a major IT project. In the course of the game you will face a number of management challenges and dilemmas as well as various stakeholders. The participants must relate to the long-term management of the project and to the crisis that will undoubtedly occur. Playmakers combines board game, simulation and reflexion into a training tool for the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in project management. The game is based on theory, built around a specific business case, and gives the participants practical tools.
