A new colleague joined People & Performance’s Horsens office on April 1
Per has experience from various HR areas. He gained the basic understanding and knowledge of HR as a value-adding part of business development when he worked for more than 10 years with the LEGO Company – at first as consultant and later as HR manager in LEGO Overseas. Per has been a self-employed consultant since 2001 and a partner of Management United. Per works with organisational and leadership development, and he facilitates a lot of strategy implementation processes. Per has an educational background as a school teacher.
