Camilla Wolff
is employed as Senior Consultant, and she will be working with sales, training, Business Academies as well as recruiting. Camilla has previously held positions such as Senior Consultant at Connectia, and before that as Strategic Account Manager at Manpower. Camilla has many years of experience within sales, training and management. Camilla has a MA in English and religious studies, supplemented with management training (business acumen) from Mannaz.
Carsten Juul Carlsen
is employed as Senior Consultant, and will primarily be working with training and Business Academies. Carsten comes from a position as Managing Director at Danski, and has previously also worked for e.g., Sjælsø Gruppen and Difko. Carsten has more than 25 years of experience in HR and management. Carsten has an educational background as primary school teacher.
Charlotte Kehlet Godt
is employed as Senior Consultant. Charlotte will be working with recruitment, and has previously held a similar position at Business Recruiting. Moreover, she has been working with marketing and communication. Charlotte has an Academy Profession Degree in Financial Management within international business communication and is ICF certified coach.
Jens Duedahl
is employed as Senior Consultant, and he will be working with leadership training, organisational development and Business Academies. Jens has previously held a position as Chief Consultant at Connectia, and he has many years of experience within strategy implementation, change leadership, facilitation and development processes, sales management and development. Jens has a background within shipping and a pre MBA from the Business Institute in Aalborg.
Mads Gammelgaard Tørnqvist
is employed as Consultant and will be working with recruitment. Mads has previously worked at TDC, where he worked as a consultant, instructor and coach. Mads has a B.Sc. in IT from Aarhus School of Business.
Else Bartholdy
is employed as HR Coordinator. Else has previously held a position as researcher at UniqueConsult, and she has experience with recruiting, communication and marketing. Else holds a MA in Media, Communication and French.
Marianne Skriver Nielsen
is employed as HR Coordinator. Marianne has previously worked as an intern at People & Performance and holds a Msc. in Corporate Communication.
