One late afternoon in December, four consultants from People & Performance arrived at Christiansfeld Dairy Center to participate in “An Arla Day” and thus be dairymen for one night.
People & Performance has for several years delivered leadership training for Arla and therefore exploited the opportunity to spend a night in their shoes.
The purpose of “An Arla Day” was to experience a dairyman’s work day in order for the consultant to better align the leadership training with reality.
The evening offered insight into operation planning, reception of goods, and planning and tapping but most importantly, the four consultants gained both experiences and knowledge to use in the education.
