On March 15 a new colleague joined People & Performance’s Horsens office
For more than 20 years Doth Schmüchker has worked in HR, with particular in-depth experience of change processes, leadership development, strategic skills development and recruitment. She has worked as an external consultant and as an HR manager. Doth holds a Diploma in Business Administration (Financial & Management Accounting), and is a certified executive coach, process consultant and U-facilitator.
