It is my ambition to become a proficient and innovative consultant; thus it is obvious to become an intern at People & Performance. The internship provides a unique opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience of the consulting industry. As intern I participate in the daily back office work and I also partake in concept development, leader training and recruitment processes. My personal motivation force is my curiosity and interest in creating winning companies and to locate the key to success during diverting and challenging conditions. The objective with the internship is to learn from some of Denmark’s best HR consultants, and use this knowledge in my further education and career process.
