People & Performance’s Code of Conduct

We base our performance on a set of fundamental principles – our code of conduct

We show trust, respect and sincerity
Our recruitment and development processes have an impact on other people. That is something we respect, and all our consultants have, therefore, undergone thorough training in the use of psychological tests. Every candidate and participant in development processes receives feedback on their tests and personal profiles.

All test results and other personal data are kept in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. We never pass on candidate information without prior consent.

Out of respect for our customers, and in order to work with transparency, we use open advertisements when recruiting.

Whether we work with small, large, national or international companies we will comply with their own codes of conduct. As a reliable partner we are experienced in strictly following compliance guidelines –  even in very delicate change processes.

Our approach is consistent
Our concepts and knowledge are based on praxis research, so we know the background and the limitations of our advice.

We only use in-house consultants, and that ensures a shared perception of our values and ethical standpoint to development processes, recruitments, adjustments, and interactions with customers, candidates and networks.

We will say 'no' if we do not possess the skills necessary for the job.
