Sales Academy

Academies are popular and move you forwards!

In my consultancy years I have taken charge of, and developed, several academies. Their common feature is that the participants find it rewarding to be involved as a team. It inspires new, shared knowledge, and ensures that knowledge takes root in the culture during training.

Behaviour changes as you train
The participants must, of course, continue their new work habits when they get back to the office. Exercises and training at the academy, however, ensure that participants are already transforming their new knowledge into behaviour as they train.

Successful outcomes
For me it is rewarding to see that participants are motivated by the team spirit that is engendered when a group works together to accomplish something. It is my experience that the results of a Sales Academy are distinctive and measurable.
