It's no good if it's only on paper – change means action

At first glance the gap between strategy and action is not wide. It is, however, not easy to cross. How is it done? What happens if there is resistance? How do we make progress when we are in the midst of a strategy change? A strategy without actions looks nice and probably uses all the right words – but only lives on a piece of paper.

Who
People & Performance use our long experience in advising, developing and training when contributing to strategy implementation. We are committed to live by our own teaching and we are well aware of what can cause pain in the business. We therefore detect the concrete organisational challenge and then target our contribution to meet it head on.

What
For a strategy implementation to be successful you need a plan. It should have milestones so that results are continuously shown, involve the organisation in the operations in order to ensure commitment, and make it possible for every individual staff member to see how he or she contributes to the big picture.
