It is not about producing a 120-page document supplemented by 55 densely written slides to satisfy the board of directors; it is about making a well-prepared yet ‘short, sharp and to the point’ description of which way to go.
Who
People & Performance’s role is to act as advisor, catalyst and consultation partner to companies in need of an overall strategy. We also assist the company in breaking down the strategy to actions – which is in fact the most difficult part of this work.
What
Developing a strategy is a process of consciously selecting and prioritising objectives and actions. We base the strategy work process on your reality and we find the problematic and the dynamic areas. We then plan a strategy process that can be used as a concrete operational guide. We use the insights we have gained from developing other strategy processes in national as well as international companies, and we keep a keen eye on the constant challenge of how the strategy will actually be implemented.
