JTI & MBTI

Ah! So that is why you and I react differently!

There are both differences and similarities in the way that people gather information and make decisions. Knowledge about those differences and similarities can be gained through the profiling tools JTI and MBTI. This new insight can be used to develop leaders, employees and their communication with each other.

Who
JTI and MBTI can be used by leader or employee teams that need to build a new team, improve an existing one, or develop individual employees. One of the major advantages of working with personal profiles is the creation of a common language, which makes it easy and acceptable to give feedback on conduct in everyday life. We use JTI and MBTI as part of a suite of tools and which tool is applied is determined by the target group and on the tools already used by the company, if any.

What
The Jungian Type Index and the Meyer-Briggs Type Index are tools based on Jung’s personality models and focus on personal preferences in four key areas. The dynamics between these areas indicate strengths and areas for development as well as traits of a person’s approach to the world and work.

The team is at the centre of most performance. To make teams work efficiently, the individual members must be able to understand and work constructively with their differences. Working with JTI and MBTI in a team, develops the team’s ability to use its differences positively. JTI and MBTI are, therefore, often used as an integrated part of individual or team development processes.
