Who
A skills test is an examination of the assumptions and hypotheses we made from the personality test. It is particularly interesting to uncover how the test person performs under time pressure. A HOGREFE test gives answers to questions like:
- What are the strengths of the test subject?
- What challenges them?
- How does that person perform under time pressure?
- Does the test person like to run risks or do they need to prepare thoroughly and carefully?
