The HOGREFE Test System is a comprehensive battery of skills tests that we use to add more details to the picture of the test person that was taken during the personality tests.

Who
A skills test is an examination of the assumptions and hypotheses we made from the personality test. It is particularly interesting to uncover how the test person performs under time pressure. A HOGREFE test gives answers to questions like:

  • What are the strengths of the test subject?
  • What challenges them?
  • How does that person perform under time pressure?
  • Does the test person like to run risks or do they need to prepare thoroughly and carefully?

These are features that give us more than just a flavour of the personality. We find the pieces that make up the jigsaw of the candidate’s performance – when they are under pressure!
