The Hogan Assessment measures personality on the basis of how others experience the conduct of the test subject. And that goes for our positive behaviours as well as for the conduct we show when we are under pressure and lose control. These elements are crucial to predicting job performance. They are equally important when the development potential of individuals or groups has to be identified.
