Who
DiSC and Extended DISC are used for the development of leadership, sales and teams. They are also used as the basis for individual development of key staff members. One of the major advantages of working with a personality profile is that it creates a common language, which makes it easy and acceptable to give feedback on conduct in everyday life. We use DiSC and Extended DISC as part of a suite of tools, and which tool is applied is determined by the target group and on the tools already used by the company, if any.

What
DiSC and Extended DISC are tools based on Marston’s personality model and focus on four fundamental personality aspects. The dynamics of these four aspects creates a powerful and simple picture of strengths, development potential and how the individual approaches other people and tasks.

A management or an employee team can work with different strengths present in the group. We can therefore get a better understanding of the frustrations of team members and find ways that those different skills can work to complement each other. DiSC and Extended DISC can be used in the sales team to get a better understanding of the behaviour and preferences of customers and to discover your own strengths and limitations in the sales process.
