In 2005 a study published by The National Board of Health, Denmark, showed that 43% of the Danish population often or sometimes felt stressed. Stress is costly – not least due to the emotional and physical strain it puts on employees. But it also affects the bottom line of the company, so the reasons for managing stress effectively and focusing on wellbeing are numerous.
Who
At People & Performance we base our training processes on the needs of the participants, and equip them with tools of analysis and action so that they can identify stress symptoms and consequently deal with stress and absence. Our stress management concepts are suitable for both employees and leaders.
What
We make use of the latest research into prevention and management of stress and the improvement of wellbeing. We combine research with the experiences of our consultants in training and education to focus on how wellbeing can be improved and stress proactively prevented and reactively reduced.
