People & Performance are the only Danish consultancy agency working with the CfL Danish Centre for Leadership, who are distributors of the world’s most popular leadership concept, SLII®, developed by The Ken Blanchard Companies (www.kenblanchard.com). We reserve these rights because we are highly skilled in the area, and many of our coaches have been working with the concept for more than 10 years. The rights also mean that we always use original, updated and well-documented materials when we teach Situational Leadership II®. Our consultants are, of course, certified SLII® coaches.
