Distance Leadership
Be close – at a distance
A feeling of isolation, lack of focus and decreasing motivation are clear symptoms that distance leadership is not working. The result is that the company loses out.
Who
Leaders who manage employees from a distance – whether the employees are peripatetic sales personnel or located in another city or country – need an extra toolbox. Both leader and employee must put up with certain conditions when they are geographically remote. Accept and act on that fact or accept that your distance working does not work! We train both leaders and employees to make it succeed.
What
We have a practical approach to distance leadership which aims to overcome three key challenges:
- Being a remote employee
- Leading while geographically distant from the employee
- Building the foundations for leadership and cooperation at a distance
We select the most relevant elements and put them into your toolbox. We train you through scenarios that recreate the dynamics of cooperation at a distance. The result is true development of competencies and a firm foundation for the future remote working partnerships. The challenge of distance can be incorporated into leadership as well as the employee development processes. Build a firm foundation for success at a distance!
