Do you strategically develop your qualifications?

An organisation’s ability to perform is dependent upon its people’s qualifications. Academies offer development processes in which groups of leaders or sales personnel are trained to use the same methods, knowledge and approaches and combine them to support their organisation’s strategy. Academies ensure a shared raising of standards that is visible in everyday business.

Who
We develop coherent processes for leaders and sales personnel, which are typically combined with a range of short, in-house training courses in dedicated business areas such as chairing meetings, negotiating effectively and presentation skills. We develop the content of these courses so that there is cohesion at a cross-organisational level, and so that the participants are able to reactivate former learning.

What
An academy typically falls into two parts.

The first sees a number of coherent training modules in leadership or sales held over a period of 6 to 12 months, with a number of learning activities performed within the organisation between modules. In that way, new knowledge and insights will be implemented and will root themselves in the business.

The second part is often made up of a range of short, in-house courses that are tailor-made to the company and focus on specific qualifications such as sales, change management, or global co-operation.
