Bad decisions are often the result of a lack of quality in the decision-making process of the leadership team. Leadout is a role-playing game which – in contrast to reality – allows reflection and discussion during the action. The participants gain solid experience in the effects of good decision-making processes; an experience that is directly transferable to everyday life.

What
Leadout is a game in which several teams compete in a scenario involving the development of plans and budgets, followed by several operating periods where the leadership teams have to make tough choices. The participants immediately face the consequences of their choices. The scenario can be adapted to reflect the company’s current needs, and it is often combined with elements such as conflict management, performance, follow-up and reporting.
