When change is taught in a fictional setting, you get a unique opportunity to dive into potential problems and their consequences. The participants gain an insight into the elements of change without actual circumstances blocking the learning input.

The Change Game is perfectly suited for leaders who need to have a try at change management in a forum where it does not have consequences for employees or the business.

What
The Change Game challenges the participants as to the handling of stakeholders, communication planning, organisational alertness, change agents and actions that do not comply with strategy. At the same time the gamers have to lead a number of department heads, who react differently to the leader’s actions.

The game equips participants to deal with real-world changes.
