What
Wavemakers trains all participants in carrying out innovation through practical scenarios where everyday challenges in regards to innovation are identified and handled. The participants work with a number of concrete problems with tools that teach them how to engage employees, develop solutions, and subsequently implement these new solutions successfully. Everything is based on the concrete advices on how to strengthen the innovation foundation in your team, your department or your company. At the same time you build up strong competences to use the tools, so that user driven innovation is not an intangible theoretic subject any longer.
Wavemakers and the tool box are developed by linking research and practical experience together in a competitive learning scenario.
