Innovation

Innovation should not be airy talk but actual daily behaviour – we know how to!

The power of innovation is created in an organisation through a combination of two things – a strong innovation foundation and innovation processes that are used in everyday life. There are five focus areas that create the innovation foundation and that can be influenced directly to raise the innovation frequency and velocity. The key is that innovation is built from within the organisation’s modus operandi. It is about turning user driven innovation in to a natural part of the daily work in line with problem solving or project management. At the same time it is important to work with the innovation foundation in order to continuously create a stronger and stronger innovation culture.

  • We have the experience
  • We have the tools
  • We have turned research into tangible approaches
  • We can – can you?

Who
Executive management and leaders have to work actively with the development of the innovation foundation to build the innovation power in to the company’s culture. At the same time leaders, specialists and project managers – who are part of the development work or who are going to drive the development every day – have to be trained in concrete and tangible innovation methods.

What
We work with the company’s management and leaders in developing the company’s innovation foundation. This process can be supported by innovation surveys that pin-point the most significant focus areas. We instruct sales persons, specialists and leaders in concrete innovation tools in connection with specialist as well as leader training. Wavemakers is one of the tools we use in the training. We create direct transferable competences in the use of innovation tools and methods. Also we work directly in the organisation with the creation of innovation power.
