In order to lead or sell convincingly you must know the strengths and limitations of your personality. You can only release your full potential when you know yourself as a leader or a salesman.
Who
We work closely with leaders and/or key staff members, and we use personality test tools like Hogan, DiSC and JTI to identify the abilities and limitations in each individual. The insights gained from these tools are used for the personal development of the participant in accordance with their current role and ambitions.
What
We combine an insight into the personality with coaching and feedback, so that the participant develops an awareness of their own resources and challenges. We match the participant with a consultant who is able to challenge him or her.
We plan a number of individual conversations where personality is compared with the business challenges. We often include feedback from employees, colleagues, and superiors, 360-degree surveys, existing staff satisfaction surveys or other inputs.
Our focus is on ideas and opportunities that can be transformed into action and we work with the participant to make a positive commitment to their development. Personal development is often used as an integral part of the leadership training processes, or the development processes for management, sales or project teams.
