Programme Design

Intelligent design = huge bonuses

It is our ambition to provide our participants with relevant and applicable competencies. Therefore, it is important that methods, concepts and content are introduced in a logical order. A consciously developed learning scheme that is tailored with the relevant content ensures that the participants learn competencies that can be translated into direct action. The participants must experience a natural coherence – and that is the aim of good programme design.

Who
The participants are the first to experience the energy and effectiveness of a coherent and close connection between teaching and practice, which is the result of good programme design. The next to have that experience is the organisation when methods and tools learned in training are transformed into new daily habits – programme design is therefore the foundation for effective work within organisational life.

What
A solid analysis of the current situation is the foundation of good design. We gather knowledge of the target group and the organisational environment before entering into planning in close cooperation with our client. In the planning phase we make sure we actively refer to:

  • Strategy, business plans and relevant external input
  • Job satisfaction surveys, leader evaluations and appraisal interviews
  • Current organisational development initiatives and other activities or processes

We actively relate our plans to how they will be applied in the organisation and how we will be able to measure their effectiveness in order to ensure a return on investment.

We have designed and completed programmes for large and small companies both nationally and internationally. We design coherent, bespoken programmes that fit the customer.
