Are your development efforts targeted at your strategic levers and challenges? We do effect measurements to ensure that corrections are made to long-term education processes – and it is our experience that it supports the learning curve when such measurements are made.
Who
The leadership team, HR and the participants all share an interest in the development efforts and hope they will take the organisation in the right direction and that the development takes place as efficiently as possible. Effect measuring must be planned to meet several objectives: to support learning by committing participants, to judge the performance of the participants’ efforts, and to analyse the results of those efforts.
What
Effect measuring can be done in many ways and with many purposes, including the measurement of:
- The participants’ experience of the quality of the process and the teacher
- The knowledge and insight gained by the participants
- The effects on the everyday behaviour of the participants
- The business results that can be related to the development of competencies
We plan our effect measurements so that they work as a supportive element and in accordance with the organisation’s culture and needs.
