Can you transform training and education into practice? Experience shows that it is too often left to participants to transform theory into reality when their course is finished. So if activation of the theory within the organisation is not an integrated and binding part of the course, new knowledge runs the risk of drowning in the hectic world of the average workday.

Who
The participant is the key, but without activating his employees, colleagues and manager, new knowledge and insights do not take root. Too many people have experienced what happens when training is not transferred to everyday practice and the course folder just collects dust on the shelf. Return on investment is only achieved when new practices are implemented during the run of the course as this means that true competencies are built and rooted in a binding way.

People & Performance use a lot of concrete and very practical methods to jump the barrier between the classroom and everyday life. We work intensely with assignments that activate and engage the participant’s employees, colleagues and manager in the implementation of new methods. The results from the efforts in their own organisation are used as the basis for new learning in the next steps of the training process. That works!
