People & Performance are experts in recruitment. We primarily do recruitment for leadership and specialist roles in all major trades and we, of course, treat all applications confidentially.
A qualitative recruitment process usually takes from five to seven weeks. We call in candidates after a set timeframe so it may take up to four weeks from when we receive your application until you hear from us.
As part of our recruitment activities we offer all candidates the chance to create a profile in our CV bank, which allows us an overview of candidate data throughout the process. This also allows us to contact you about other jobs that might be of interest. You can create your profile online under the menu item CV-Bank, whether you are applying for a specific job or you just want to enrol for future job offers. The profile can be created in about five minutes and you will have the opportunity to state your preferences regarding aspects such as geography and trade.
We read all applications and then select a number of candidates for a preliminary interview with one of our recruitment consultants. In this interview you will have the opportunity to elaborate on your CV, qualifications, skills and your motivation for applying for the job. After the preliminary meeting we select candidates for a second interview in which the hiring company participates to see how you get along and to have a deeper conversation about the professional aspects of the job you are applying for. The candidates still in the running are then called to a third interview, which is based on a common-sense test and a personality test.
People & Performance then collect references from former employers with the consent of the candidate and finally we present the hiring company with an overall picture of what is to be expected from the final candidates. The company then makes the decision as to who is to be offered the job.
This thorough process ensures that both the candidate and the company are able to make a qualified choice regarding a shared future.
